At weReka Concept Sdn. Bhd., transparency and professionalism are key to ensuring a smooth experience for all clients. This policy outlines the terms regarding cancellations and modifications for interior design and renovation services.

 

1. Consultation & Design Fees

• All deposits are non-refundable once payment has been made.

 

2. Project Cancellation

• Clients may choose to cancel a project at any stage. However, deposits and payments made are non-refundable.

• Any completed work, including designs and procurement of materials, will be charged accordingly.

• Custom orders, third-party services, and materials purchased on behalf of the client are non-refundable and will be invoiced in full.

 

3. Modifications to Scope of Work

• Changes to the scope of work are permitted. If modifications require adjustments to pricing, a revised quotation and invoice will be issued accordingly.

• Work will only proceed once the updated quotation is approved and the necessary payments are made.

 

4. Force Majeure

• In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of either party (e.g., natural disasters, government regulations, supplier disruptions), weReka Concept Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to adjust project timelines or recommend alternative solutions.

 

5. Updates to Our Cancellation Policy

We might periodically change this Cancellation Policy. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through our website or by email.
