3. Choose Design

Pick your favourite design concepts and finalize your ideas!
Pay 50%
We'll place orders for all services & materials required to craft your dream home.
4. Project Management
Execution
You'll get a dedicated Project Manager as the main caretaker of your unit, and expect timely updates from the team!
Pay 45%
Built-in works completion, it's almost time for loose furnishings and decorations!
5. Final Touches
Furniture Assembly
It's time to put everything in place, furniture, assemble!
Styling & Decor
Bringing your space to life through the delicate touches and stylistic decor.
6. Handover
Pay 5%
Trigger a 14-day defect period, let us know if there's anything wrong, we'll fix it up ASAP!
Warranty Kickstart
Activate your 12-month warranty on all of your furniture, ensuring you have peace of mind!
