To ensure clarity and mutual understanding, all works will be reviewed and approved by the client before any payment is collected. This ensures that clients have full visibility into the scope of work and associated costs before proceeding.

 

1. No Refund Policy

• All payments made to weReka Concept Sdn. Bhd. are non-refundable under any circumstances.

• This includes deposits, design fees, material procurement costs, and renovation works.

 

2. Payment Collection Process

• Before issuing an invoice, the scope of work, design plans, and project details will be explained and confirmed with the client.

• Clients will be informed of any associated costs before payment collection to ensure full understanding of the work to be carried out.

 

3. Custom Orders & Materials

• Any materials, furniture, or custom-made items procured on behalf of the client are non-refundable once an order is placed.

• Modifications to selected materials or finishes may incur additional costs, subject to supplier policies.

 

4. Project Cancellations & Modifications

• While cancellations will not result in a refund, clients may request modifications to the scope of work. A revised quotation and invoice will be issued accordingly.

• Work will only proceed upon client approval of the revised scope and payment, where applicable.

 

5. Force Majeure

• In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of either party (e.g., natural disasters, supplier delays, regulatory changes), weReka Concept Sdn. Bhd. will work with clients to explore alternative solutions. However, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.

 

6. Updates to Our Refund Policy

We might periodically change this Refund Policy. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through our website or by email.
