How much does a renovation cost?
Most full design + build projects start from RM40k. Your quote depends on size, scope and materials. The free site visit gets you an exact number.
Is the site visit really free?
Yes. We visit, measure and discuss your plans with no obligation.
How long will my renovation take?
Usually 1–3 months, depending on complexity. Small projects can be handed over in as little as 28 days.
Will the price go up after I sign?
No. Your quoted price is locked once you accept it. The only changes are ones you ask for, which we quote separately before doing anything. (Quotations are valid for 14 days.)
Do I need to manage contractors?
No. Our in-house designers and project managers handle everything, including the trades. One contract, one point of contact.

What if the project runs late?
You'll get a timeline with your quotation, and late-delivery compensation is written into your contract. During the build, your WhatsApp group keeps you updated on what's happening and what's next.
Do I need to visit the site?
Only if you want to. Most clients follow along through their WhatsApp group.
Will I see the design before work starts?
Yes. You get 3D and 2D drawings to approve before anything is built.
How do payments work?
In stages as work progresses, set out clearly in your quotation.
What warranty do I get?
1 year on built-in work, excluding normal wear and tear.
What if I want changes mid-way?
Changes are possible. We confirm the cost and time impact in writing before doing them, so there are no surprises.
My keys aren't ready yet. When should I contact you?
1–3 months before key collection, so your design is ready when you get your keys.
Do you do condos and landed homes?
Yes, we do all residential property types!
Do you handle rental investments?
Yes, absolutely! Same full design + build service, so your unit is rent-ready without the hassle.
Can you do just the design, or just the carpentry?
